How to retrieve video footage in ZenduOne?
This guide will show you how to retrieve video footage from ZenduOne in just a few steps.

Step 1: Go to Maps
Log in to the platform and navigate to the Maps module and select the asset you want to retrieve the footage from.
Step 2: Open the Camera Option
From the asset options, Click on Camera
Step 3: Request the Video
Click on Request Video.
Step 4: Fill in the Request Details
Enter the date and time of the footage you want (dates with video available will be marked with a green icon)
Select the video type ( you can choose between video or hyperlapse, a time-compressed video created from snapshots taken at intervals).
Select the duration of the footage
You can also use the options below to manually select the start time of your video, as a graphical view of the vehicle’s activity throughout the day is displayed.
After selecting your video, click Send Video. You can then add a title and choose the recipients you want to share the footage with.
Your video will appear under Maps > Camera > Historical. Once the processing is complete, the selected recipients will automatically receive an email notification.
Important Note ⚠️
The request will only be submitted once the vehicle is turned on.
