Phone Number: Enter valid phone number with correct country code for communication
Preferred Contact Method: Select preferred communication method (phone or email)
Step 2: Provide Return Details
Product Type: Select the type of product being returned from dropdown menu
Model Number: Enter the product's model number
Serial Number: Provide the product's serial number (required field)
Reason for Return: Select appropriate reason (damaged, not functioning, incorrect item, etc.)
Associated Ticket Number: Enter related support ticket number if applicable
Description of Issue: Provide brief problem description if return is due to defect or product issue
Condition: Indicate current product condition (new, used, damaged)
Original Packaging: Specify whether product remains in original packaging (Yes/No)
Desired Resolution: Select preferred outcome (exchange, refund, repair)
