What camera logs exist besides Trip History

In ZenduONE, a camera's movement shows up in Trip History and Trip Summary History. Recorded video is requested from the camera directly; see the article on retrieving video footage in ZenduONE.

A ZenCAM also keeps other logs that support can use when troubleshooting a problem:

  • Operations log
  • Alarm log
  • Blackbox data
  • Ignition data, for cameras that are hardwired to the vehicle

These logs are not available in ZenduONE. If you need one of them looked at, contact support and describe the problem you are investigating.
