How a driver can remove malfunctions on the Drive app

Sometimes, if a driver has a malfunction listed on their driver app, it can cause problems when transferring a logs to an officer. Here is how to remove them:
Press the Malfunction Notifications button or the red bar to see more details.
Review the Malfunction Events table.
Investigate the malfunction and address the problem, then press the Clear button
