Reset Password for Geotab users (New process)

If a customer calls in to reset the password for a user/driver, we cannot do it from the people - users and drivers option anymore. The process has changed now.

We need to send the reset password link to the customer as below.

https://my.geotab.com/resetPassword.html

It will open this page

Request the customer to enter the registered email and database name, and a reset password link will be sent to the customerโ€™s account.
