Software Setup

  1. Download and open the Veyes App on your mobile app:

    1. IOS

    2. Android

  2. Double click the panic button of the camera to enable hotspot

  3. Connect to the camera's Wi-Fi network (Usual Wifi Name is ST-[Camera Serial])

    1. For IOS devices, when you see the message of β€œThe Wi-Fi network does not appear to be connected to the internet” (It usually occurs around 2 mins after connecting to the WI-Fi of the camera) proceed with the option of β€œKeep Trying Wi-Fi”

    2. For Android devices, when you see the message of β€œThis Wi-Fi network has no Internet access. Stay connected?” (It usually occurs around 2 mins after connecting to the WI-Fi of the camera) proceed with the option of β€œYES”

  4. Access the Veyes app and log in with the admin/admin username and password

  1. Navigate to Preferences

  1. Expand Collection tab and select General

  1. Under Serial Port, based on serial port number the R-Watch is inserted to (232/485), select the R-Watch option

  2. Ensure Baud Rate is 57600

  3. Save

  4. Expand Alarm tab and select AI App

  1. Click on the subtab Alarm Notifications

  2. Enable β€œR-Watch Voice Enable”

  3. Scroll down to the Alarm List

  4. For each alarm, check off the alarms that need to appear under R-Watch under the R-Watch Voice Column

  5. Save
