Getting Started

Initial Setup and Account Access

Download the Driver App from Play Store or App Store with account setup assistance available through support team contact. Upon login, user identification appears at top of dashboard with settings icon verification in top right corner. Dashboard displays module widgets including Video Review, Assets, Jobs, Forms, and ZenScore (Beta) with availability varying based on access level and admin-enabled advanced features.

Account Configuration Process

  1. Download Driver App from app store platforms

  2. Request account creation through servicedesk@zenduit.com if needed

  3. Login using provided credentials

  4. Verify correct user login through settings icon

Dashboard Navigation

Main dashboard widgets provide access to core functionality with module availability determined by user access permissions and administrative configuration settings.

The Assets Module provides comprehensive vehicle and asset management for assigned equipment with administrative users having fleet-wide visibility. Module functionality includes detailed asset information, location tracking, trip history analysis, and real-time monitoring capabilities.

Asset Management Features

Asset Access: Tap Assets widget to view assigned vehicles with administrative privileges enabling complete fleet visibility.

Detailed Asset Information: Select individual assets to access trip history, stops, incidents, idling time, distance driven, and driving hours data.

Filtering and Sorting Options:

  • Filter by status (online/offline) and groups

  • Sort by status, name, activity, battery level, days stopped, and communication status

Map Integration: View asset locations through integrated mapping with search functionality for specific assets or locations.

Camera Access: Live camera stream access for equipped assets with real-time monitoring capabilities.

Video Review Section enables monitoring and analysis of system-generated video exceptions categorized by rule violations with filtering capabilities for date, vehicle, driver, and additional parameters. Section includes escalated video management and coaching-related video tracking.

Exception Management

Video Exception Categories:

  • Raised by System: Automatic alerts based on configured rules

  • Escalated for Review: Videos requiring additional evaluation

  • Coached: Previously reviewed videos used for coaching purposes

Filtering Capabilities: Filter by date range (this week, last week, custom), driver (manager access required), vehicle, rule, tag, or group classifications.

Exception Review Process: Tap exceptions to view video content and violation details including specific rule infractions such as forward collision warnings or phone usage violations.

Access Requirements: Contact manager or servicedesk@zenduit.com for section enablement if not visible.

Jobs Module

Jobs Module facilitates assigned task management including stop coordination, work order details, and route information with navigation integration and completion tracking. Jobs may include associated forms requiring completion upon task finalization.

Job Management Functionality

Job Access and Details: Tap Jobs widget to view assigned tasks with comprehensive stop listings, associated work orders, and distance calculations for each location.

Navigation and Completion Process:

  1. Select job to view notes and stop details

  2. Preview route through integrated mapping

  3. Select starting location and initiate navigation

  4. Mark stops as completed upon arrival

  5. Close job after completing all stops

Form Integration: Complete and submit job-linked forms such as safety checklists as required for specific assignments.

Forms Module manages assigned tasks and forms from management including safety checklists, inspections, and required submissions. Forms function as standalone tasks or job-linked requirements with completed submissions stored for future reference.

Form Management Process

Form Access: Tap Forms widget to view assigned tasks with required field completion including text input and signature requirements.

Submission Management: Submit completed forms with access to historical submissions list. Forms may be distributed as standalone tasks or integrated job components.

ZenScore Driver Safety and Feedback

ZenScore provides comprehensive driving performance analysis and safety insights including driver ranking comparisons, weekly score tracking, exception monitoring, and coaching feedback integration. Module enables progress tracking and improvement area identification through automated weekly feedback provision.

Performance Tracking Features

Score Access and Ranking: Tap ZenScore widget to view driver ranking among all drivers with group ranking display for group members.

Historical Analysis: Navigate between weeks to analyze score changes with colored graph circles showing weekly fleet averages.

Exception and Video Integration: Access weekly exceptions and video events with detailed coaching feedback review capabilities.
