This guide covers the configuration process for enabling mobile devices to gather location data directly through the ZenduONE application for comprehensive driver tracking and fleet management.

Platform Device Configuration

User Account Creation Process

  1. Log in to ZenduONE platform at trax.zenduit.com

  2. Navigate to Admin section from left sidebar

  3. Click "+ Create User" button

  4. Enter complete driver information and relevant details

  5. Select "Send Login Email" checkbox to automatically send app download link and credentials to driver's email and phone upon saving

  6. Select "Driver" user type from available options

  7. Enable "Fetch location from mobile GPS" checkbox to activate mobile location tracking

This configuration establishes the driver account with mobile GPS tracking capabilities and automatically distributes access credentials.

Driver Mobile Application Setup

Application Installation and Configuration

  1. Follow instructions sent to driver's email and mobile device to install ZenduONE application and log in using provided credentials. The mobile application is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store under "ZenduONE"

  2. After successful login, click cog icon in upper right corner to access settings

  3. Activate location tracking functionality

Privacy Controls: Drivers can deactivate tracking when not working for the organization to maintain personal privacy during off-duty hours.

Platform Verification Process

  1. Log in to ZenduONE platform at trax.zenduit.com

  2. Navigate to Assets section from left sidebar

  3. Search for specific driver name in asset list

  4. Verify tracking accuracy by checking:

    • Last Location: Confirm location data matches driver's actual position

    • Last Communicated Date: Verify timestamp reflects recent communication

Successful validation of these two data points confirms proper mobile device tracking setup and functionality.
