Access MyGeotab: Log in to MyGeotab and navigate to Administration > Users, click Add button

Complete New User Information:
User (Email): Use convention service-<YourDatabaseName>@zenduit.com
Password: Create strong password and share with GoZen by emailing servicedesk@zenduit.com
Force password change on next login: Toggle to No
Security clearance: Administrator
Data access: Select Everything
Save Configuration: Click Save to complete setup
