Service Account Creation Process

  1. Access MyGeotab: Log in to MyGeotab and navigate to Administration > Users, click Add button

  2. Complete New User Information:

    • User (Email): Use convention service-<YourDatabaseName>@zenduit.com

    • Password: Create strong password and share with GoZen by emailing servicedesk@zenduit.com

    • Force password change on next login: Toggle to No

    • Security clearance: Administrator

    • Data access: Select Everything

  3. Save Configuration: Click Save to complete setup
