How to Configure Email Notifications for Reports in MyGeotab

This article provides step-by-step instructions to set up email notifications for reports in MyGeotab.
Steps to Configure Email Notifications
Access Report Views
From the MyGeotab main menu, navigate to:
Reports > Report Setup > Report Views
Find the Report
Scroll through the list or use the search bar to locate the specific report you want to configure.
Open the Report Settings
Click on the name of the report to open its configuration settings.
Go to the Email Report Tab
Select the Email Report tab to access email configuration options.
Enable Emailing
Set Email Options to Yes to enable emailing for the selected report.
Choose Recipients
Recipient Groups: Select a predefined group of users to receive the report.
Individual Recipients: Click Add to enter specific email addresses of users.
Send Me the Report via Email: Toggle this option to Yes if you would like to receive a copy yourself.
Configure Data and Schedule
Set the following options as per your requirements:
Data Range
Refresh Period
Next Report Production Date
Save the Settings
Click Save to apply the email notification configuration to the report.
Notes
Reports will only be sent according to the configured schedule.
Ensure that recipientsโ email addresses are correct and active.
