ZenduReport Onboarding

Customer automated onboarding

The ZenduReport onboarding process is automated, all the new customers should have ZenduReport automatically activated. The application is available under “Dashboard” on the mobile application and Trax menu.

Reseller onboarding

  1. Partner team identifies and retrieve:

  • Reseller contact infos

  • Price discount

  • Invoice type

  • Markup

  • Customization elements (logo, icons)

  • Relevant product access

  1. Onboarding creates the reseller in ZenduONE admin following the elements retrieved

  2. The reseller receives an email with the credentials to access ZenduONE

  3. Onboarding send the ZenduONE documentation/videos to the reseller

  4. Onboarding setup a training session with the reseller
