ZenduONE Dashboard - ZenduWORK (Work, Product, Form)

ZenduWork is a comprehensive work and dispatch solution designed to streamline job management and improve fleet efficiency.

It allows fleet managers to:

  • Create and dispatch jobs directly to drivers

  • Assign digital forms for proof of delivery

  • Optimize routes

  • Monitor job progress in real time

ZenduWork integrates with telematics hardware, enabling accurate tracking, improved route optimization, and seamless communication between office teams and field drivers.

Work > Overview

Job Progress Dashboard

The Overview tab displays the real-time status of all assigned jobs.

From this screen, you can:

  • View job status and progress

  • Identify delays or differences

  • Click into individual records for detailed job information

  • Search and apply filters as needed

Note: Unassigned jobs will not appear in the Overview tab. To view all jobs (assigned and unassigned), navigate to the Jobs tab.

Work > Jobs

Creating and Managing Jobs

The Jobs tab is where jobs are created and dispatched.

To create a job:

  1. Click + Create Job (top right corner)

  2. Enter:

    • Job Name

    • Job Reference Number (optional)

    • Due Date

  3. Assign a Work Form (required for job completion)

The assigned form must be completed by the driver at their stop(s) before closing the job.

For detailed form configuration, refer to the Forms Module section below.

Adding Stops to a Job

Each job must include one or more stops.

To select stops, you can:

  • Search for an existing location using the Search Location bar

  • Select an existing location directly on the map

Important: Only pre-existing locations can be selected.
To create a new location, navigate to Admin > Locations.

Route Optimization

If a job contains three or more stops:

  • Click Optimize Route (bottom right corner)

  • The system will automatically calculate the most efficient route

This helps reduce fuel consumption and improve time management.

Assigning Drivers

After adding stops:

  1. Click Next

  2. View available drivers in the vicinity

  3. Assign the job to a selected driver

You may also leave the job temporarily unassigned.

Once assigned:

  • The driver receives job details on their mobile device

  • The job will appear in both the Jobs tab and the Overview tab

Work > Orders

Managing Marketplace Orders

The Orders tab displays customer orders placed through the marketplace.

From this tab, you can:

  • Assign orders to existing jobs

  • Create new routes directly from orders

This ensures efficient order fulfillment and dispatch management.

Products Module

Overview

The Products module serves as the central inventory management system within ZenduONE.

It allows organizations to:

  • Manage parts and consumables

  • Track inventory levels

  • Maintain accurate product records

  • Integrate product usage into jobs and workflows

This module ensures better resource allocation, inventory visibility, and operational accuracy.

Forms Module

Overview

The Forms module allows administrators to create customized digital forms to support delivery, dispatch, and operational workflows.

Forms can be used to:

  • Capture proof of delivery

  • Record inspections

  • Collect signatures

  • Document service details

  • Standardize field reporting

Forms integrate directly with the Work module to ensure drivers complete required documentation before closing jobs.

Forms > Templates

Form Templates Overview

The Templates tab displays all available form templates.

By default, the system includes:

  • Pickup Form

  • Delivery Form

When creating a job in the Work module, one of these templates can be assigned. Drivers must complete the assigned form before marking the job as complete.

Creating a New Form

To create a custom form:

  1. Click + Create Form

  2. Choose:

    • Create from scratch

    • Build from an existing template

Enter:

  • Form Name

  • Description

  • Entities

  • Tags

Then:

  • Drag and drop fields from the left panel

  • Build your form layout in the Mobile Form Template section

The preview on the right shows exactly what the driver will see on their mobile device.

Click Save when finished. The form will now appear under Templates.

Sending a Task

Forms are typically assigned during job creation, but tasks can also be sent directly to drivers.

To send a task:

  1. Click Send Task (top right corner)

  2. Select the form

  3. Choose driver(s) or group(s)

  4. Add an address (optional)

  5. Add notes (optional)

  6. Click Send

The selected driver(s) will receive the task on their mobile device.

Forms > Submissions

Viewing Submitted Forms

The Submissions tab displays all completed forms.

From this tab, you can:

  • View all submitted documentation

  • Filter submissions by form type

  • Review delivery confirmations and inspection records

Tasks can also be sent directly from this section if needed.
