How It Works

The ZenduLearn training process follows three sequential steps:

  1. Create or Assign Courses Organizations develop courses meeting specific training requirements and assign supervisors to oversee the training process.

  2. Employee Course Completion Employees access and complete assigned courses using mobile or desktop devices from any location, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

  3. Supervisor Review and Certification Supervisors evaluate course submissions to determine whether additional training is required or if employee certification can be granted.

Add/Edit User in ZenduLearn

Add a User

  1. Login to Mygeotab

  2. Navigate to ZenduLearn

  3. Access Users section

  4. Select Add user option

  5. Complete required details and confirm submission

Edit an Existing User

  1. Login to Mygeotab

  2. Navigate to ZenduLearn

  3. Access Users section

  4. Search for and select target user

  5. Choose Edit users option

  6. Implement desired changes and confirm modifications

Delete an Existing User in ZenduLearn

Search for target user, select user account, and activate deletion using the trash icon interface.
