1. Purpose & Scope

This guide describes how the Suntech ST-4215 behaves in operation and how it integrates with ZenduIT backends (e.g., ZenduOne):

• What data it provides

• How it connects to the server

• What roles operations/support teams typically play

2. Role in ZenduIT / ZenduOne

In the ZenduIT ecosystem:

• ST-4215 appears as a asset tracker.

• It provides:

  • Real-time and historical GPS data

  • Ignition ON/OFF and trip data

  • Status for wired inputs/outputs (if configured)

• Operations teams:

  • Monitor connectivity and data flow

  • Use the device’s data for fleet operations, reporting, and alerts.

• Asset Tracker creation:

  • Use the device serial number to create a new Suntech ST-4215 on ZenduOne Platform.

    

  • Choose “Suntech“ Tracker Type.
