Module Overview

The Work Module provides centralized job creation, assignment, tracking, and completion management. The Products Module enables inventory management of goods and services, making them available for job assignments or marketplace sales through public-facing customer interfaces.

Work Module Navigation

Overview Tab

Purpose: Provides comprehensive snapshot of all created jobs, current statuses, and progress indicators.

Key Features:

• Job List Display: Shows job names, status bars, and estimated versus actual distance comparisons

• Visual Status Indicators: Real-time visibility of jobs in progress, completed, or pending status

• Search Functionality: Quick job location by name, date, or filter criteria with default today view

Jobs Tab

Job Management Interface: Displays all jobs for selected time periods (default: today) with comprehensive details including serial numbers, job names, assigned vehicles, drivers, job count, total time, status, creation dates, and due dates.

Assignment Flexibility: Jobs can be named after drivers, customers, or any preferred labeling system with clear vehicle and driver allocation visibility.

Job Details and Management

Accessing Job Information: Click any job to view and modify comprehensive details including job name, associated forms for driver completion via mobile app, references, due dates, and recurring status configuration.

Recurring Job Configuration: Set jobs to repeat daily until marked complete for ongoing operational requirements.

Stop Management Capabilities:

• Add, edit, or mark stops as completed

• Visualize all stops and routes on integrated mapping with real-time driver location tracking

• Monitor actual versus estimated arrival and departure times

• Attach files to specific stops and view audit logs for job modifications

Advanced Management Features:

• Reassign jobs to different drivers or vehicles

• Edit job details or add/remove stops as needed

• Route optimization suggestions for efficiency improvement (Premium feature)

• Order management with ability to add orders to job stops, comments, or additional stops

Orders Tab

Order Source Management: Orders originate from customer submissions or dispatcher additions with comprehensive tracking of customer name, order value, ID, creation/modification dates, delivery address, size, and job association.

Visibility Integration: Orders appear in this section once assigned to specific jobs for centralized management.

Reports and Analytics

Work Report Analysis: Comprehensive job and route data analysis including job name, route, asset, driver, location, stops (expected/actual), dates/times, durations, distances, and comments.

Filtering and Automation: Date/time filtering capabilities with automatic report delivery setup to designated mailboxes for ongoing monitoring.

Products Module Management

Adding Products and Services

Product Creation Process: Access Products Module and create new products or services (tuning, cement delivery, labor hours, etc.) with comprehensive field completion:

• Unique ID assignment

• Detailed description

• Product location selection or creation

• Vendor selection from pre-configured lists

• Location details, costs, pricing (up to 4 decimal places)

• Units of measure (box, case, feet, labor hour, ton, etc.)

• Quantity tracking

• Product type classification (goods, services, labor hours)

• Product tagging system

• Order lead time configuration (days, hours, minutes)

• Associated vehicle assignment

• Product image management

Product Details and Customization

Industry Customization: Tailor product details to specific industry requirements (construction, services, etc.) with all saved products and services appearing in centralized inventory lists.

Managing Product Locations and Vendors

Location Management: Add and manage multiple product locations for comprehensive inventory distribution.

Vendor Management: Select from pre-configured vendor lists or add new vendors as operational requirements expand.

Marketplace Integration

Product Publication: Manual selection process for choosing which products and services to publish to customer-facing marketplace with selective visibility control for customer ordering.

Marketplace Setup Configuration

Marketplace Activation: Enable public-facing marketplace through admin panel with generated customer access links for product and service ordering based on available inventory and configured service hours.

Order Processing Flow: Orders placed through marketplace appear in Orders Tab for assignment to jobs and operational integration.

User and Asset Management

User Administration: Add and manage drivers, managers, technicians, and end-users with configurable access levels and role-based permissions.

Asset Tracking: Real-time vehicle and asset visualization and tracking through integrated mapping interfaces.

Visualization and Tracking Capabilities

Map Integration: Live location monitoring of drivers, vehicles, and job routes with comprehensive progress tracking including job completion status, stop progression, and asset movement monitoring.

Operational Tips and Resources
