Overview

This guide explains how to use the Reports module in zenduONE to access pre-built reports, customize data views, schedule automated deliveries, and create fully customized reports to meet operational needs.

Accessing the Reports Module

Navigate to the Reports module from the left-side navigation panel after logging into the platform.

Ensure you have the required permissions if the module is not visible.

Reports List Page Overview

The Reports section provides access to a variety of pre-built reports organized into categories such as:

  • Asset Connectivity

  • Coaching

  • Exceptions

  • Work

  • Trip History

Users can select any report to view relevant data. For example, the Trip History report allows you to analyze driver trips with customizable filters.

Creating and Viewing Reports

Selecting a Report

Choose a report from the available categories based on the data you want to analyze. Each report provides a structured dataset relevant to that category.

Applying Filters

Once a report is opened, filters can be applied to refine the data. These filters allow you to tailor results based on specific conditions such as date ranges, drivers, assets, or other parameters.

Configuring Table View

Customizing Columns
Users can modify the table view by adding or removing columns to display only the most relevant data.

Applying Conditions
Filters can be enhanced using conditions such as:

  • Greater than

  • Less than

Scheduling Reports

Reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery via email. To configure scheduling:

  • Navigate to the options menu on the report

  • Select the scheduling option

  • Set the desired frequency (Daily, Monthly, or Quarterly)

  • Add recipients for report delivery

This ensures stakeholders receive reports automatically without manual intervention.

Editing Existing Reports

From the options menu, users can:

  • Edit report configurations

  • Modify filters and columns

  • Adjust scheduling settings

Creating a New Custom Report
