We have a new opportunity involving 72 devices in Honduras, a recently opened territory for us. The client has two critical feature requirements that are currently not met, and both are deal breakers for proceeding with the deployment:

Mobile App Notifications (ZenduONE) – The client expects rule-based alerts and notifications to be received directly on the ZenduONE mobile app, particularly for supervisors.

Ignition On/Off Alerts – The platform must clearly show real-time ignition status (ON/OFF) as a visual cue for fleet monitoring.

🎯 Problem it Solves: Mobile App Notifications: Currently, users are not receiving alerts on mobile for ZenduONE, which limits supervisor awareness in real time.

Ignition Alerts: Lack of ignition status updates affects operational visibility and incident response—especially important for fleet activity validation.

💡 Suggested Solution: Enable real-time push notifications in ZenduONE mobile for all applicable rules and exceptions, ideally customizable by user role or tag group.

Introduce or enhance the ignition ON/OFF alert visibility within the dashboard (either as a live status field or alert log), ensuring updates reflect in real time.
