Live Pop-Up Messages for Triggered Rules in ZenduONE

🔹 Feature Title: Live Pop-Up Messages for Triggered Rules in ZenduONE

👤 Requester Details:

Name: Miguel Aguila Email: miguelaguila@zenduit.com Database: ALL Databases

📝 Brief Overview: This request proposes adding live pop-up notifications to the platform whenever a rule is triggered. Many customers keep the platform open throughout the day to monitor vehicle activity. While they may not always be live-streaming, receiving real-time pop-ups for triggered alerts would enhance their ability to respond quickly and prioritize actions based on severity.

🎯 Problem it Solves: Currently, users only become aware of triggered rules after the fact, either by checking the database, receiving an SMS, or reading an email notification. For customers with live dashboards and multiple shift-based operators, this delay reduces situational awareness and limits real-time response capabilities. The lack of pop-up alerts creates inefficiencies, especially in operations that depend on active monitoring.

💡 Suggested Solution: • Implement real-time pop-up messages within the platform for any rule that gets triggered.

Each pop-up should clearly display:

•	Vehicle name
•	Rule/alert description
•	Severity level (e.g., low, medium, high)
•	Optional: Add sound notifications or settings to configure which rules trigger pop-ups.

This removes the need to rely on email or SMS for live alerts, especially in multi-user environments.

📎 Supporting Material:

No supporting material available, as these live pop-up notifications are currently not implemented.

Additional Information

This has been a recurring request from resellers and customers. Business-wise, it would differentiate the platform from competitors. For example, many users prefer CEIBA for its real-time pop-up functionality. Adding this feature would enhance our standing among TSPs and improve the user experience significantly.
